The project is based on the study of the Effectiveness and evaluation of training program of management development program. Today training and evaluation it effectiveness on employees is the major task in the organization. In this study, I checked, analysied and observed how the Training process is done for at AAI. The acquisition is a strategic process and planning attracting and motivating employees to efficaciously and effectively provide the needs of the organization.

Training effectiveness in airport authority of India is an aspect of the development and knowledge of workforce.

The motive of the study is to examine effectiveness of training in order to survive in the globalized, innovative and technological era, organizations need to provide continuous developed knowledge,skill and ability to their human resources throughout the year.

The organization spend huge amount of money and time for the purpose of training and development of human resource .The provide training at both national and international level, but the crucial point is about the effectiveness of that training.

SIGNIFICANCE OF STUDY

The challenges for the Human Resource is to give the training successfully to employees and meet the organization needs and expectation.

Since training and development of employees is a crucial to company growth, this research aims at offering a solution to the challenges involved in the process and assisting to boost the success rate of the training method by limiting the amount capabilities are in balance with the values of the company.

The supply side needs and the technology offered to analyse the need of training and providing the accurate training to employees.

To be effective on employees a training program need a specific purpose with appropriate training methods and techniques. Understanding the factors that influence training programs to ensure that you develop and change your current employee education to make it for into the needs of your business. According to Henry Onagri (2011), Jennifer Chishamiso Nzonzo,Training has become an issue of strategic importance, although there are a lot of scholars who have conducted research on training and development practices in many organizations, it is worth mentioning that most of the researches has been concentrated on the benefits of training in general. There is limited focus on evaluation of training and development of practices in the organizations.According to Haslinda ABDULLAH (2009),The challenges faced by the employer and the effective management of human resource and training department is varied from concerns about the lack if intellectual HR professionals just to cope up with the demand of knowledge workers and fostering learning and development in the workplace.

The most important and focal challenge is the lack of intellectual human resource department professionals in manufacturing firms, and this suggest that employers viewed functioning of both as a secondary. Perhaps it considered it as being of lesser importance. These are the implication that could lead to the ineffective implementation of HR as well as training and development activities to increase ambiguity and failure in effective management of training and development as a whole.According to Ananth (1998),He pointed out all the different problems that were faced by the organizations in handling all the corporate finances . The time for procurement and investment related to funds. He also gave suggession organization that it must relate itself with the needs of the changing environment by taking the best decisions with the help of professionally trained people.According to Ananth (1998)There are many different problems faced by the organization in handling the corporate finances such as the time of investment and procurement of funds. He also suggested that the organization must relate itself with the needs of an hour of changing environment by taking good decisions through professionally trained people.According To Fizzah(2011),He said that the purpose of research is to find out how training and development that effect organizational performance and to find the impact of training and development in organization. The data collected from the 100 member all together from different organizations.

The previous researches were carried out on training and development. It is important for employees in an organization, it helps the employees to improve and enhance their skills in-order to perform good at their workplace. There is a huge relationship between training and development with performance of organization and the relationship is discussed in the paper. According to Iftikhar Ahmad and Sirajud Din (2009),The training is adopted by organisations in order to fill up the skills and gap of employees. Training and evaluation must be appropriate for employee and his job. He also said that the evaluation will not ensure the effective learning unless training is properly designed. The successful evaluation depends on the factor that means of evaluation were built into the design of the training program before it was even get implemented.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Research Design

This report is and consists of Descriptive Research in nature because it has a structured

design and consists of both primary and secondary sources of Data collection ,Closed

ended and open ended questionnaire has been made to gather the information.

In the study of this research, whole sample population size 40 as a sample size is also 40

Sampling Techniques

I am using Purposive sampling techniques because I am taking total population as a sampling Size.

Tools and Techniques

Bar Graphs and Tables have been used to depict the data.

Sampling design

Primary data collection: data collected through instant feedback of employees who attended the training program.

Secondary data collection: data collected through industry profile, journals, and reports in industry file and training manual prepared for management development file.
