Since having four different locations one of which Is overseas, he company should set up some sort of system for each area. I believe that for an effective consumer management there should be a team of managers at all locations. This would help the organization as to the employees would have to report to two others. With having a system in place could help with the consumer information. This information would be on site and there would be someone there to handle things should something come up.

I would recommend that the changes take place slowly. If the changes take place to fast the employees would fear do is get a management team together for each location. They will be able to get to now the employees and do the paper work needed.
