Problems Encountered:

  1. Reading the data sheets, under understood its details was not that easy at the beginning.
  2. A new systems for controlling some of machine and way of working was different for each machine.
  3. The standards unit for the temperature as they are using Fahrenheit.
  4. How to deal with the staff in a different positions.
  5. Reading of the temperatures was not exact some times.

Solutions Offered:

The good things that I was faced there in Zain Development that the staff was very kindly as they can help and explain most of the things to me in detail.

  1. Understanding the mechanism for most of the machine by reading and knowing it is components and instructions.
  2. Cleaning the temperature scale before using it.
  3. Updating some of my knowledge by reading from a trusty sources.

Recommendations:

I witness that "On-Job-Trainee" will help the students in their future and their career which they learned and will be ready after graduation and they can solve any problem that can faced them which also I can recommended that if some companies have a contract with the universities that send the student there to train with them which is can give them opportunity to find a job after graduation. Also, it is to important to keep updating our knowledge specially that the technology's is keep changing. And, not to be shy asking questions when you not understand something.

Conclusion

I commit that "On-Job-Training" is a very important and unique part, which is came up to me that is the most important level in the university which I had the opportunity to follow up how can i as an engineer to start my career after graduation with a new skills that i have been learned and developed my personality , especially the experience that I have gained which is also how to work as a unity to accomplish department's good and objective.
