Why My Vote is Individual

An individuals vote matters there are many reasons as to why an I will explain those reasons . My vote matters because I as an individual should be able to have a say as to what happens around me as should everyone. America was built off of the idea that we would choose who runs the country. Who runs the country is very important because they make some pretty big decisions. Every president is different and has different goals for the country that he feels is right as to making this country better.

And so once every 4 years we listen to the candidates and then decide who we feel is the best fit for what we feel the country needs at the moment and I personally feel if someone else’s vote matters why shouldn’t mine I am just as important as any one else in this country. I may be wrong my opinion may change especially once I start voting.

there Are many people that feel differently and feel like my vote doesn’t matter and when people say vote people immediately think for president and I do to but there are many different types of voting like for what movie to watch, or where to go to for dinner, ect .

But if we diddent have a vote than what would America be like we would not be America we split away from England because we diddent want a monarchy we wanted a democracy and so we went to war and we became the United States of America I love where I live I love the fact that I can choose who I would like to be president and many not be who I voted for but at least I got to vote.

People stand outside for hours to vote for the president of the United States people wouldn’t do that if thir vote diddent matter but it dose. We have 50 states and in every satiate be vote for the governor and in every city we vote for a governor we vote for so many different heads of government every person in the government is really I’m in many ways they all have a different role to play

Some larger or smaller than others but if one person messes up than it will effect so many others and that’s why we vote because we choose who we feel will make the most good decisions. Some of us may feel like something is a bad decision while others feel it’s a good decision and when we vote we see Which has the higher amount of votes and that is how some of the bigger decisions are made. For example say you were deciding between movie a and movie b and it was a tie and I voted for one I got the wining vote and without my vote they would be back at square one so voting would not be of any use but ties only really happen when there is a small sum of people but when there is a larger sum there tends not to be a tie.
