Christian Men are obviously those who are baptized and born into Christianity. Christianity has been a facticity for some Christian Men being born of Christian Parents. Christianity is already a part of their lives. At the outset, one becomes a Christian involuntarily and he embraced the same faith and way of life without questioning and criticizing what it is. He becomes succumbed by the belief. Consequently, a Christian man understands his faith and religion gradually making him fully aware of the meaning and value of his actions.

There exist an internalization of faith and applying it in his life and in the realities of his existence. Christianity being a way of life shapes up or molds the basic mindset and psychological paradigm of every Christian men. One’s understanding of Christianity can certainly lead one in to a concrete understanding of individual Christian man. Christianity can be a way of determining and discovering a common understanding of every Christian man because a Christian man banners the great virtues and values taught in Christianity.

Beliefs will always be applied in a life of a Christian. Beliefs will always be an integral part of his being. A true Christian man can be defined as that man who follows the ideals, principles, teachings and life of Jesus Christ.

Certainly, we need here to determine what Christ said, or what Christ did when he was alive, in order for us to relate the same in determining what is a Christian Man that follows the ideals, life and footsteps of Jesus Christ. A Christian man is one who lives in accordance of the teachings and life of Jesus Christ.

This is the main goal of a true Christian. Christ emphasizes the ideals of love. As he said “Love your enemies as you love your friend”. This stresses the idea that love must be placed paramount by doing the quite impossible and most difficult task of loving his enemy. Love must transcend or go beyond mere passion of feelings of anger, hatred or fury, by surrendering and letting go of the same and do the highest act of embracing that which is the source of hatred or anger or vengeance.

A Christian love is more than loving oneself. Jesus said “There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life to one’s self”. A Christian man is one that is selfless, generous, and caring with the concerns of others. He is disposed to help others in their need in any way he can. He sees services as a primordial value over and above personal interests and pursuits as well as mere worldly and mundane pleasures. Helping others is the main goal in a Christian life.
