We Should Have Faith in Jesus and Our Souls Will Be Saved

When Matthew was called on, he gave humans power against evil spirits and the ability to cast them out completely. The names of the twelve apostles are Simon, also known as Peter, Simon's brother, Andrew, James, John, Philip, Batholomew, Thomas, Matthew the publican, James, Lebbaeus, Simon, and Judas.

The twelve apostles that Jesus sent forth were commanded. Jesus said, "Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into city of the Samaritans ye enter not..." The kingdom of heaven was at hand.

Jesus commanded the apostles heal the sick, raise the dead, fight evil, and be selfless. They were not to carry coinage of anything of financial value. Jesus claimed 'the workman is worthy of his meat'.

The apostles were to listen for those who are worthy and salute the homes they are welcome into. If the house was worthy, the apostles were given orders to let their peace come upon it. If the house was not considered worthy, they would return the peace to themselves.

Although they will be hated, but they will be saving the world at the same time. When mankind persecuted the disciples they were to leave to the next city and continue their mission spreading the word over all of Israel.

"The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord." The disciple is equal to his lord. Mankind was not to be feared directly, because they were only humans. Jesus can communicate with the apostles in His own unique manner. Jesus told his disciples they should not fear death, because their souls will remain intact. Instead they should fear the destruction of their souls.

Jesus was a man of His word. Everything has a meaning constructed by a much larger picture. The disciples were very important. Men confess to the apostles. The apostles confess to Jesus. Jesus confesses to God. Anyone who denied Jesus would not be allowed to go to Heaven. Everybody lies. Jesus thought if parents loved their children more than God they were not faithful enough. People that did not bare a cross were not worthy of Jesus. Someway, somehow, God knows of everything. Prophets will get what prophets deserve as a man will get what a man deserves. People who believe and have faith will have their prayers answered.
