Abstract. Vitamin is one of the essential elements of human body. To keep our human body fit there is no alternative way of vitamins. We get this essential element in different foods, fruits, vegetable etc. But now a days this vitamin is being identified and measured by the biological and chemical activities which are very much complicated procedure and time consuming. So an automatic vitamin identify machine is needed to make the operation easy. My Vitamin Identify Machine which I am thinking to invent can solve the problem easily. Someday the machine must be invented to make my dream true.

Vitamins are organic compounds, which are needed by an organism in tiny amounts. Vitamins are classified by their biological and chemical activity, not their structure. Jacob Exler, nutritionist for the Nutrient Data Research Branch of the Human Nutrition Information Service, told us that there are two types of analytical procedures to measure the vitamin content of foods, chemical and microbiological: The chemical procedures measure the actual amount of a vitamin or a derivative of the vitamin, and the microbiological procedures measure the biological activity of the vitamin on some selected organism.  Today, chemical procedures are in vogue. In the past, microbiological studies were more common, and researchers tested not only on bacteria but on live rats.
In fact, as late as the 1970s, the FDA used approximately twenty thousand rats a year just to test foods for vitamin D content. But it is very much complicated procedure to identify vitamins and measure the amount of vitamins. Before, people did not think about the easiest way to complete the operation because of the lack of medical and science technology. Now a days it has become an important thing to identify vitamins and measure the amount of vitamins to take care of our health easily. Unfortunately, there is no specific machine that is used to identify and measure the amount of vitamins. My future invention which I like to invent can solve the problem easily by using the current computer technology.
Vitamin’s name and measurement of vitamins can be identified and measured by using my technology. There will be a machine with a container which is connected with computer. We will keep the fruits, vegetables, foods etc. inside the container and the computer will identify the name of the vitamin and measure amount of the vitamin by using the Machine. The container will be connected with computer. There will be a software which can help us to complete the operation.
Key components of my approach are (1)Vitamin identifier and measurement machine (2) a container which connected with the computer (3) a software (4) a portable device connected with all devices. So it will be very much easier to do the operation and it will be very much helpful to take care of our health.
2 Related work
“Vitamin” refers to a number of VI tamer compounds that all show the biological activity associated with a particular vitamin. Such a set of chemicals is grouped under an alphabetized vitamin “generic descriptor” title, such as: Vitamin C: Two analytical methods for extracting vitamin C (L-ascorbic and Ldehydroascorbic acids) in tropical fruits [banana, papaya, mango (at three maturity stages) and pineapple] were evaluated. These methods used ion-pair liquid chromatography (LC) for detecting ascorbic acid, but differed in the preparation of the sample (extraction with 3% metaphosphoric acid – 8% acetic acid or 0.1% oxalic acid). Results were validated by comparison with ascorbic acid content obtained by the AOAC’s official titrimetric method, by performing a recovery study and by the determination of within-day repeatability and inter-day reproducibility.
There were differences in the efficiency of vitamin C extraction related to the fruit matrix and especially to the maturity stage in climacteric fruits. The LCextraction method using 3% metaphosphoric acid – 8% acetic acid shows high mean recoveries (99 ± 6%) for all matrices assayed, while the LC-extraction method with 0.1% oxalic acid proved to be unacceptable in some cases (unripe, half ripe and ripe banana and ripe mango) obtaining mean recoveries of 39.9 ± 9.1% and 72 ± 13% for banana and mango, respectively.
The detection limit achieved with the metaphosphoric acid-acetic acid LC-extraction method for ascorbic acid (0.1 mg/l) allowed the determination of this vitamin in fruits analyzed with good precision (5.94-12.8%), making its use as a routine analysis method perfectly valid. Recommendations about storage temperature, methods of thawing L-ascorbic acid extracts and the addition of antioxidants to extracts were made.  Vitamin B12 : Now there’s a new, improved technique for measuring the amount of vitamin B12 in foods and in supplements such as vitamin pills. This nutrient, found in meat and dairy products, is essential for proper growth and for healthy cells.
The new approach from ARS scientists is faster than the most commonly used laboratory assay. And, the new technique can be used to individually detect all the various forms of vitamin B12, called cobalamins. The improved assay should enhance research aimed at learning how our bodies take up and use cobalamins. The B12 test uses either of two standard techniques–capillary electrophoresis or micro-high-performance liquid chromatography–for separating samples into the various individual cobalamins. This is combined with a technique, called inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, which measures how much of each form of vitamin B12 is present. 
3 Vitamin identify Machine
A Machine which I like to think to invent that can help us to identify the name of the vitamin, can measure the amount of vitamin on specific foods, fruits, vegetables etc. There will be a machine with a container which is connected with computer. We will keep the fruits, vegetables, foods etc. inside the container and the computer will identify the name of the vitamin and measure amount of the vitamin by using the Machine. The container will be connected with computer. There will be a software which can help us to complete the operation.
What I thought about A Machine to identify Vitamins is not exist presently. At present, Vitamins are identified by biological and chemical activity. But by my machine what I thought can be identified the name of Vitamins and can be measured the amount of Vitamins by using Computer technology. It will be very easy to identify and to measure.
5 Future Work
At present, I am thinking about identifying vitamins and measuring vitamins in specific foods by using my Vitamin Identify Machine. But in future I like to add a device with my machine which can help us to measure vitamins in human body so that we can get proper treatment instantly.
Vitamin is very much essential element for our body. So Vitamin Identify Machine is badly needed to be invented in our present modern technology to identify vitamins name and measure the amount of vitamins. This thinking inspired me to think about the machine. Beside this, I got motivation from my friends who always motivate me giving different assistance. So I like to thank to my friends to inspired me to think about my project.
