Libraries and websites are filled with books, research and articles related to leadership and its characteristics, so there are many definitions of leadership and their characteristics, and many researchers have tried to define leadership according to their point of view (Stogdill, 1974, p.7) , Research on the topic has taken many approaches, with a plethora of models, theories, and perceptions seeking to define and explain the leadership concept (Gregoire & Arendt, 2004; Shertzer & Shuh, 2004). Through reading books and articles, the most prominent leadership qualities were identified, such as the art of learning and dealing with others, organizing and management of change.

(Kouzes & Posner, 2007; Wheatley, 1992; Johnson & Johnson, 2003).

Another study, despite the difficulty of teaching leadership, but it is a purely educational process (Brown & Posner, 2001; Komives, Lucas, & McMahon, 1998;Mezirow & Associates, 2000) , and (Anderson, 2007) also emphasized that students improve their leadership skills when exposed to leadership models and diverse perspectives.

The importance of teaching leadership cannot be underestimated. Leadership will create work opportunities for fresh graduate students in the global and local markets, because leadership has become an integral part in any work environment (Kunz & Garner, 2007).

Furthermore, Watson belief that it is important to use academic concepts and theories to properly understand leadership concepts by students and academics (Watson, 2001). Lucas and McMahon emphasize that the most effective leadership occurs through a relational process of people working together to achieve a common goal, which reinforces the idea of teamwork led by a leader who understands the importance of the team (Komives, Lucas and McMahon, 1998).
