The third type of leadership that was practiced in 3M Company that is the democratic leadership for those who are fair in everything by making their employees feeling with despite their background, gender or race. This not only increases employee's job satisfaction and it also helps to develop people's skills (Bhatti, N. 2012). From the 3M Company, they are around inclusion and diversity and along with sustainability, they have been leading for 40 years (3M, 2018). Under the new leadership development platform. They have a program that will help the company develop leaders and who can develop other leaders. When establishing the 3M's EMS plan, every 3M location must address out financial, technological, operational, and also the business considerations. All the objectives and targets must be measurable and consistent with our environmental policy which is including our commitments that prevent pollution and must comply with applicable regulations and any other requirements (3M, C. 2019).

Additionally, 3M Company Implementing and maintaining pollution control and the equipment which is regenerative thermal oxidizers (RTOs) and the thermal oxidizers (TOs). This improves in pollution control equipment and this also means that to increase in the consumption of electricity and the natural gas, so corrective actions have been already taken to offset this increase (3M, C. 2019).

3M Company implementing the Respectful Workplace Principle (RWP) for all 3M company employees. This means everyone is entitled to respectful treatment in any workplace of 3M Company. Being respectful means that being treated as honestly and professionally, with each employee has the part is their good at, background and the perspectives valued. In the 3M Company, a respectful workplace is free from unlawful discrimination and the harassment, but this involves more than compliance with the law. So that 3M Company work environment that is free of inappropriate or unprofessional behaviour and all the employees must consistent with 3M's ethics and values.
