Most importantly, we need to understand that time management is essential as a component of their responsibilities and accountability. We need to develop systems that manage our day to day demands as well as flexibility deal with many last minute changes or interruptions based on pressing needs often beyond our control. When we set targets, our motivation level is bound to increase automatically. Targets inspires us to work harder and prove our self to the ones who underestimates us.

We need to understand the difference between the efficient and effective way to use our time. But the most demanding challenges for us is to create reflection time for us to find the balance that works. Time management typically focuses on the professional life but we need to include time management for personal goals and living within the overall picture of life. When we are expected to do during day and also have to set a sequence in which it is to be done, the planning part should include all those backup plans. All we have to do is to concentrate on our work and this results in increased results.


A time-log is an effective way is to see where our time actually goes to during the working day. By recording the information for about 2 weeks and comparing them and by improving the activities and the time taken to complete them. Quality time is where we can plan to do the most crucial high priority tasks. It allows us to think deeply and concentrate in depth by eliminating any interruptions in between.
