Theme Parks Operations and Management

1. Introduction

We decided to choose Universal Studios Singapore for our project topic because of its reputation. It’s the first Universal Studios in Southeast Asia, since it’s included within Resorts World Sentosa, it gained a lot of tourists from it.

Universal Studios was already a big brand name with its very own movies, themes and more. Tourists are able to stay in Sentosa hotels and play in the park for a few days and that have drawn many tourists. Many friends and relatives have been there so we thought this would be a great theme park to study.
