1.) The paramedics discovered empty wine bottles on the ledge surrounding the hot tub, and the bodies of the Underhills on the bottom of the hot tub. The water of the jacuzzi appeared way too hot.

Both of them have been dead for awhile 2.) Whey was the hot tub so hot? What time did the maid get home? For how long were the Underhill's dead for? 3.)
