However they involve in car accidents crashes when they are more than one in the vehicle 5 times is likely, because of the habits of texting and driving at the same time. In 2015, 3,477 people were killed and 391,000 people were injured in moto vehicle crashes involving distracted drivers due to the use of their cell phone, EDGAR ANYDER AND ASSOCIATE a personal injury Firm.

One of the mean issues of texting and driving at the same time is losing focus on the road. When a driver is looking on their phone and not paying enough attention on the road to other driver’s cars, even stuffs around them. Sometimes a little sound can lead to serious damage into their vehicle and it can also lead the driver to hit another car because of the habit of using their cell phone while driving, sending the message, reading the message, looking at Facebook, exploring the internet, send an email, YouTube, connect the phone to the car trying to play music and taking a selfie at some time when operating a moto vehicle. The NHTSA estimates that every day 660,000 drivers use their cell phones or electronic devices while behind the wheel.

According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and prevention) in 2011, 3,331 people were killed in crashes involving a distracted driver, and 387,000 people were injured in motor vehicle crashes involving a distracted driver. However, a recent study by the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute showed that drivers who are texting are twice as likely to crash, or almost crash, as those who are focused on the road. These statistics are reaching numbers every day because people are using their cell phones so much when driving especially in the adolescent.

It is a very dangerous problem for someone to be on this kind of occasion wherein the driver gets into an accident either hitting another person's car on the road due to the habit of texting while driving. The range of texting and driveling on the cell phone is getting higher every day.it doesn’t matter how a driver is good on the road and know how to drive, they should not engage in the habit of texting and driving, because it can lead to a bad accident which could include even the death of the victim or the opponent on the road. Cell phone use while driving leads to 1.6 million crashes each year and approximately 390,000 injuries happen each year from accidents caused by texting and driving, National Safety Council reports.

However, here is a true story I witness two months ago wherein 3 high school pupils were killed by a lady due to texting while driving. The pupil was on their way to school trying to cross on a pedestrian way, all other cars stop at the time and this lady was on her phone busy texting her boyfriend, sending him pictures and she forgets that she was driving, she didn’t look, she ends up ran over the 3 pupils, hit a tree, damage another car and end up had a serious broken leg. When the Police came in the scene, investigate what caused the accident they find out that she was not paying attention while she was driving, she was on her phone. but despite her broken leg tragedy, the saddest part for me is when she killed 3 bright future pupils at once in the same family and their uncle was there he just sat on the floor looking at that time because he doesn’t know what to do. I was like wow texting and driving are more deadly than drinking or committing suicide in my opinion or the same. Because according to what I experience it brutal and ruff.

But to stop this all, here is some of the law the government should implement to stop distracting drivers on the road and make the road safe for other people; for the safety of yourself turn of your cell phone while driving so you may not distract by any call or text by anyone. Another thing that, the government should pass a law that who receive a license should download an application that will disable the phone while driving and then another app that sends a message automatically send a text to the person who is texting the driver to inform them that the driver is on the road so they should caution a stop texting. I think with this application the rates of an accident of texting and driving will minimize. And anyone who texts while driving should pay a hefty fine like 500 dollars or 6 months in prison, I believe with this, all drivers will keep their cell phone while driving because no one what to give away money like that for no good reason. The second law is that should be license suspension and a rise in car insurance rates for five years if they catch you texting while driving, and finally moto vehicle admiration should implement a program to teach youths the danger of texting and driving to reduce the accidents rate in the country.
