Jhon Blake: The Private Investigator and Passionate Superhero

Jhon Blake aka “Purple Lightening, my super hero story describes a 35year old man whose hobby was to be a Private Investigator and a passionate super hero whose wife was shot and passed on to the great beyond. After giving up on himself staying out late with friends and becoming a nuisance, one late night after leaving a bar he was jumped in an alley by four men. To his surprise after being pummeled over and over again a burst of anger took over and his began to glow purple, his fingers started sparking sort of a match and his feet started burning.

He then screamed “STOP” and the four men ignored his scream so he raised his hands and blasted one across the alley, finally his friends ran away.

Convinced someone was out to get him he was unsure who to speak to without appearing crazy. In a small town on a secluded ranch he hid away and explored his new change.

Months later Purple Lightening was born, prepared for the world and finding his wife’s killer. One day Purple Lightning come encounters a cluster of clouds slowly moving across the sky, causing panic among the citizens in this small town where he made home. Surprisingly he saw a man emerge from the clouds, Purple Lightening and this man found themselves face to face and this stranger was doing things normal people should not.

Purple Lightening tries to hide his investigative side and act normal introducing himself to this stranger.

Both men acted cordial with each other trying not to think they were going crazy or spark any suspicions. This stranger introduced himself as “Sub Zero”. Purple Lightening still unaware Sub Zero was sent to stop him from being a good super hero and wanted to kill everyone’s hope of having a secret angel in their small town.

Just as they step outside, Purple Lightening heard the news on his scanner a bank was robbed and they had a few victims heading to the hospital. Sub Zero heard his radio and tried to trap Lightening in time loop, unfortunately it and it resets every time Lightening glows bright and sparks. Sub Zero franticly looking for another way to escape and accomplish his mission but lightening trap him in a lightening ball only he can release.

Suddenly a bad storm started to approach it started to rain and Purple Lightening was in full control to the Lightening and the energy the rain sent through his body, he then finds out he can teleport. Purple Lightening flashed to the hospital searching for clues and start his super hero mission at last. Purple Lightening’s attire was always winter clothes and a purple scarf and leave on at each scene he visited as a trademark. Purple Lightening’s goal was to find his wife’s killer and bring justice to those who breaks the law.

Purple Lightening hoped one day Sub Zero would be his alley since no one else knew is true identity. This was a long stretch for Lightening because he does not really know Sub Zero’s intention and if he would even want to go straight and be a good guy. This is a sticky situation Lightening has to release Sub Zero someday and when he does I’m wondering what the outcome will be. Stay tuned!
