Education is universally recognized as one of the most fundamental building blocks for human development and poverty reduction. When given the opportunity to learn, people are empowered to contribute fully to the development of their lives, their communities, and their countries. Its impact on the economy, manpower and progress of any country cannot be underestimated. This must be the reason why countries are resolved to provide the most appropriate and responsive education for their people. With this regard about giving the right, appropriate and quality education for all.
Our school gives the education and opportunity for us, the students to learn about the environment and the outer space. Last August 24 the Voyager Adventures visited our school to show to us the outer space.
They have made some activities that will enlighten the query minds and thoughts of the students about the outer space. To widen the knowledge we have already gained. By giving some explanation about our universe, what composes them and what is the thing that surrounds them.
I am one of the students who join the voyager. I am very amazed about the universe based on what I have seen and learned especially on the Planetarium because they have showed their about stars, galaxies and constellations in the universe. In the voyager there are five  stations that you are going to explore.
The Planetarium, film showing, Photo exhibit, Solar Viewing, and Star Gazing. These are the activity that composes the Voyager. This to enhance the learning of the students in our school.
The access and completion of our schooling is sufficient for us to use this as an armor of knowledge when facing different problems, because we have already learned it in our school. I have made this term paper in due to what we have learned during the voyager in our school. Because not all students were given a chance to experience this kind of adventure and learning.
In this station we have seen different constellations and about the stars. Cosmology is the study of the structure and evolution of the universe as a whole. The visible universe is the largest astronomical structure of which we have little knowledge. Its size and shape are roughly known.

Thus, we rely on the science for the information. Stars, like sun and the moon, also follow a definite trail in the heavens. They appear to be moving from east to west; hence they seem to be orbiting around us. If you look at the sky at 8:00 P.M. ,you would see star patterns. If you look again several hours later, you would notice that stars have changed position.
The truth is that it is the earth which is rotating, so we see stars to be crawling. Star position can be identified through altitude and azimuth. Altitude refers to the vertical height of a heavenly body from the horizon. It is measured from 0 degree to 90 degrees. Azimuth is the horizontal position. It is the angle measured eastward along the horizon from north to the point directly below. Constellation the recognizable grouped of stars in heaven. There are eighty-eight of them. The smallest is the crux the Southern Cross and the longest is the hydra or water serpent. Ecliptic is an imaginary line in space traced by the sun. the twelve zodiac constellations are Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Saggitarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces.

Bright streaks of light that appears for a fraction of a second and then quickly fades these are called meteors. A meteor is a glowing trail of hot gas and vaporized debris left by a solid object heated by friction as it enters the earth’s atmosphere. The solid body is called meteoroid while it is in space and before it reaches the atmosphere some meteoroids are large enough that they do not completely burn in air. The fragments that survive and reach the earth called meteorites. Most meteors that we see for a fraction of a second have a size comparable to a raisin or even smaller. These tiny objects enter the atmosphere at a speed of 30 to 40 km/s, colliding with atmospheric molecules and atoms. This violent collision converts some of the kinetic energy of the object into heat, causing it to glow. In a than the usual, it creates a ball of incandescent gas around it and may leave a luminous or smoky trail. These exceptional meteors are called fireballs, with brightness in the sky comparable to that of Venus
Meteorites are classified into three types based on their composition: Iron, Stony, and Stony-iron. Iron meteorites have densities of about 7.8 g/mL and contain on average 91% iron, 8% nickel and 0.6% cobalt. Stony meteorites have densities of about 3.4 g/mL and average contain 42% oxygen, 20.6% silicon, 15.8% magnesium, and 15.6% iron, no other element exceeding 2%.Stony-iron meteorites are intermediate in composition.
In astronomy, the most amazing discovery of all time is the discovery of Uranus in 1781. Nobody had imagined that there might be additional planets beyond the five known since antiquity-Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn. Then Neptune and Pluto were subsequently discovered.
