The National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) is an organization that is committed to making sure that all students that are classified with a learning disability will have an opportunity to graduate from high school with a diploma, prepared to go to college or the workplace. Through the use of the ISER website, a parent will be able to get help through a school system’s IEP process and identifying or diagnosing the child’s learning disability.
