Reflection for Perfect Interview

During my interview, I was very relaxed in my interview and didn't look anxious at all. I was a little nervous when I started the process, but it was easier than I thought it would be. I am dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and have a positive disposition. The key and interesting point is that by giving lots of interviews, a person can become a maven in this area that can be edifying to be employed in a respectable position.

I gave an interview to analyze my strengths and weaknesses that I will be explaining in the next few sections.

Strength

I am a peoples' person. I have enjoyed doing tough cases as a customer service representative for the past 8 months as it gives me the opportunity to solve problems. I like to connect with the new people and do outreach. Most workers found it overwhelming and do not enjoy being part of a great team, but I really noticed the bond I made easily flowing through many people.

In my previous job, not only I was a part of the events, but I was also able to provide some last minute gift shoppers to persons in shopping assistance. Despite my group having the highest sales over the weekend, it really felt great.

Weaknesses

I can be too self-critical. A pattern I have noticed throughout my career is that I often feel I could have done more, even though I have done well in an objective way. This led to burnout and negative self-talk earlier in my career.

One solution that I have put in place over the past three years is to pause and celebrate my achievements actively. This not only helped my self-esteem, but also helped me.

And of course, I'm shy. It always prevented me from speaking in high school and my early professional interactions. Q1. How do you manage to take on simultaneous tasks, as is the nature of any hospitality job?

Answer. To be able to multitask, one has to have a clear mind. I make sure I get enough sleep before I report to work, and I have a habit of not just multitasking physically but mentally as well. Because as soon as I get multiple tasks at a same time, I start prioritizing them immediately and work according to them.

Q2. How do you deal with a customer who is unhappy with the services?

Answer. Well, I don't believe in arguing. If a customer approaches with a complaint, I immediately tell them I am sorry that they didn't enjoy the service. I listen to the problem and try to look for the solution that satisfies the customer and also within the policies and procedures of my workplace. Furthermore, I will try my best to improve my skills and to understand the customers' service requirements and deliver high standards to customer service so that they would be happy with my work.
