II. Company Background The Nesron Auto Painting Services is a private company categorized under paint shop, automotive and solely owned by Mr. Ronquillo.

The business was established in 1995 starting in his garage at Woodland Imus, Cavite and formerly known as Nesron Auto Repair Shop. In 1996, the business had its own place in Ph. avenida rizal Bahayang Pag-asa Bacoor, Cavite and started making the best and technical services to give full satisfaction to its customers.

The business widens its outsourcing by using local products through its suppliers. In 2007, the business was relocated in Paus compound Buhay na tubig Imus, Cavite and renamed its business as Nesron Auto Painting Services. The business offers a lot of services like auto painting, body repair, aircon repair, upholstery, under chassis and renting cars.

It aims an easy to use that provides invoicing, billing and customer management and does not require advanced accounting skills. Billing and Payment feature which includes the ability to track overdue invoices as well as the ability to accept a variety of payment methods, including partial payments, credits and down payments.

That can save clients information such as contact information, shipping/billing addresses, contact persons, email addresses and billing histories. Thus there are questions to be answered;

1. Is the system can be more efficient than the traditional payment of the business?

2. How accurate and secured the system can be?  The result of this system have a particular significance for the beneficiaries in an easy to use that provides invoicing, billing and customer management and does not require advanced accounting skills.
