Specific Purpose: To persuade the audience that proper motorcycle personal protective equipment for saves lives.
Primary Audience Outcome: I want the audience to join and support motorcycle safety course.
Thesis Statement: The government should pass mandatory safety motorcycles laws for all motorcycles riders.
Motorcycle riders are seven times more likely to be involved in a fatal accident than those traveling in an automobile. Motorcycle just don’t provide the protection to riders that an automobile does, and when accidents do occur, they often involve severe injuries. Sometimes paralysis can occur and permanent brain damage. This injuries can be prevented if the rider protects his body and head by wearing of personal protective equipment such as protecting clothing and helmet. Our state should pass mandatory safety motorcycles laws for all motorcycle riders.
