I personally have a mother who is vision impaired and they have made it so easy that it reads out the directions to her. She has a Samsung since before I could remember and just recently, I upgraded her phone to galaxy note 10 and it reads her text messages and everything to her. It also vibrates to let her know when she has a text message or phone call. It will also verbally say such and such is calling.
