Medicinal Cannabis: History, Pharmacology, And Implications

The possession and use of marijuana in most countries are often widely referred to as illegal. In fact, cannabis has been known as an illicit drug in most countries for several years. However, some nations have legalized cannabis today while others do not. In regions like Europe, North America, and South America, in particular, small quantities of cannabis were allowed. In addition, the possession and use of marijuana for medicinal purposes were allowed in several states, such as Washington and Colorado.

Different prohibitions are imposed on cannabis use or possession in most nations, on the other hand. The penalties are generally easy to extreme. Not in the same manner as large quantities of possession of marijuana will small amounts of possession be prosecuted. I try to justify why this argumentative article should not and should not legalize cannabis. Mainly because cannabis is used for medicinal purposes, cannabis should be legalized and its legalization ensures that health conditions are increasing and growing.

Prohibition of cannabis would be a disadvantage for people with diseases that are central to their cannabis medicinal products.

The most important argument for allowing cannabis to be used for medicinal purposes. The treatment is known as cancer chemotherapy benefits from cannabis. In addition, the legalization of marijuana will also provide the government with a new tax stream, thus increasing public revenue. In view of the current economic situation, when this argument is taken into consideration, it can be noted that the argument makes a great deal of sense. This is true because most of the cannabis industry's returns actually result in criminal groups regulating their trade in different regions around the world.

That would change, however, as the government would regulate trade if marijuana were legalized. It was found that Americans supported the legalization of marijuana.

In this context, it is high time the government legalized marijuana because the growing majority of Americans are in favor of drug legalization. People who argue that the legalization of marijuana does not mean that marijuana is harmful to the human body rather than legal alcohol. It has been confirmed that alcohol and tobacco are harmful to the human body because they can cause cancer and hepatic cirrhosis, among others. Critics of the illicit use of cannabis argue that cannabis has already been widely used in the United States and elsewhere in the world and causes no more deaths than other pharmaceutical products. The advocates of drug legalization, therefore, argue that drugs must be legalized because they are less dangerous than other drugs currently legacies.

On the other hand, the legalization of cannabis can be seen in some people as highly irrational, claiming that the only thing special about cannabis is the pain-killer effect, apart from its good feeling. There are other painkillers in the industry, however. The claim is being counteracted. It is therefore considered an excuse to argue that cannabis is possible for medical purposes. From this point of view, cocaine would also have been legalized long before marijuana, if medical justification could be used to legalize marijuana because its numbing effect is greater. The opposition to the legalization of cannabis also points out that cannabis use is definitely increased if legalized.

Even if users of marijuana are not as widespread as users of alcohol, it is important to remember that legalizing marijuana is likely to increase its use among people as easily as possible. The fact that tobacco and alcohol are controlled substances and still have significant implications for the human body can be seen as strong evidence that, although both are regulated, the effects on those who misuse them are extremely negative. The fact that addictive medicine such as cannabis is a clear reality is that it is impossible for someone who uses cannabis to make an informed decision to avoid using cannabis in order to argue against the legalization of cannabis. It should also be remembered that the use of marijuana triggers unreasonable decisions and the occurrence of cannabis patients, the study has shown that judgments may be impaired and injuries may occur.

Finally, it is clear that the reasons for and against the legalization of marijuana are vibrant. I agree that marijuana should not be legalized in any country. The legalization of marijuana leads to further immorality and higher crime rates. Marijuana often claims that the effects of marijuana differ from those of other drugs, but that does not mean that the effects of cannabis on the human body are not bad. This can be summed up by the fact that the peace and well-being of people around the world will certainly improve if most governments around the world legalize cannabis.
