Scout Finch is the protagonist of the novel “To Kill a Mockingbird”. She is a young girl who is growing up in the small town of Maycomb, Alabama during the 1930s. Scout is a tomboy who would rather play with her brother, Jem, and their friend, Dill, than play with girls. She is also very intelligent and inquisitive, which gets her into trouble at times.
