The leaders chosen for this program have many experiences that can help me learn how to tackle the issues that I am going to encounter in my endeavors. It gives me a chance to meet people from different regions. I will get first hand experience of the regional diversity and the economic dissimilarities. 1.) Problem Solving : I think one of my greatest strengths is as a problem solver.

I have the ability to see a situation from different perspectives and I can get my work done even in the face of difficult obstacles. I've always been a natural leader. With over six years of experience in social and development sector, I've exceeded my experiential learning every year.

2.) Co Creation : I believe co-creation as the collaborative development of new value (concepts, solutions) together with experts and/or stakeholders (such as citizens, youth etc.) is my biggest weapon to fight the global challenges. Co-creation is a form of collaborative innovation: ideas are shared and improved together, rather than kept to oneself and it is my biggest strength.

3.) Empathy : I'm an empathetic person who's skilled at relating to people and making them feel heard. I have the ability to understand another person's point of view. That understanding is the foundation of communication, respect, and morality.
