The author also explained the admission process and gave a brief insight about the plan of care. In angry expression,he said that he understood. Mr A was very pale,lethargy and appeared shortness of breath.

The author initiated his oxygen therapy and encourage him to be complete rest in bed. Mr A was given the call bell and been showed how to use the bell if he need assistance. This is the beginning of the author caring moment. The initial interaction between the author and Mr A,allowed the laying of the foundation of care and expectations. The author approach laid the foundation for Mr A outlook on the current and anticipated.

During this moment,the patient opened up to the author. The information from him make the author realize that he lived alone and poor of family support.

He also stated that he has two child who does not take care of him. And he does not feel like bothering with life. The author listened for what Mr A wanted to shared. And this is the implemented of second Watson's carative factor which is the installation of faith-hope. Mr A been asked about his spiritual belief and values for life,and he did beleive in the Almighty but he expressed that his current quality of life was not worth fighting for. The third carative factor was includes with the culvation of sensitivity to one's self and to the others. Mr A need to practice the religious and spiritual. Mr A also encouraged to talk to his child if possible. The author also ask Mr A if he would like to speak with the somebody else but he refused. The promotion and acceptance of the expression of positive and negative feelings was implemented,which is in fifth place in Watson's carative factor.

The author was happy Mr A able to express his feelings. That moment offered him choice with the opportunity to decide how to be in the moment with the author while the author made an effort to connect him through acceptance. The author plays as an attentive listener whose is nonverbal and verbal language communicated interest and care. What is the author learned is on how patient perceived the caring and what could be done. This is the sixth of carative factor of Watson theory a systemic use of creative problem solving caring process. Mr A give the author opportunity to face the fear by spent time with him and did not make a quick judgement based on others perception.

The discussion with Mr A had a positive impact when the author willing to listen what Mr A was expressed. He also willing to make a good relationship with his family. The author have discussed with him the involvement of a case manager and it will allow a futher follow up on his needs. Mr A will be able to obtain the necessary counselling services and other referral if needed. This is the moment that number ninth of Watson's carative factor play a role which is the assistance with gratification of human needs.

For the eight carative factor of Watson's theory is the provision for a supportive,protective and/or corrective mental, physical, societal and spiritual environment. The author ensured that the patient's unit was clean,disposal bag and urinal were at his bedside and water pitcher was filled. The bed was properly set up and in a good condition. According to Watson,it is important to have the patient's unit or room neat and clean asit will help in healing process.
