My initial days at Haryana Texprint Ltd. were not as I expected them to be as I found it difficult to adapt to the new environment. To understand the working of the organisation better I interacted with existing staff about how things are done here and they were very helpful and provided me with a lot of useful knowledge. After few days, I understood the working of the organisation more and started adapting to the envornment. My major task during this intership was to understand the customers demand and fulfil them time to time. I also analysed the demand of the consumers and cross checked whether the company was able to fulfil the needs of the consumer.
I interpreted the market demand, for cloths, by the consumers. I quoted the prices as per the suitability of the consumers as well as the company. Through my findings, I saw that the company has always been customer oriented and want to provide best product at most suitable price but does not focus employees to much. Altogether, it was a really positive experience for me as the resonsibilities given to me helped me to come out from my comfort zone and make decision towards the betterment of the company. I learned a lot during this internship and my superior helped me and supported me through out the internship and this internship made me grow as an individual as well as a team person, enhance my personality and is a plus point to my CV.
