What happens if I’m not happy with the work? What happens if my essay does not meet the grade ordered?

If you feel dissatisfied with the work you’ve received and want to change anything, it is better to send us an amendment request using your online account. Below is provided the detailed information on how to do this. We ask you to send us your requirements in writing, to avoid any misunderstanding. If you send us your change requests in the written form, you may be sure that the writer will get the exact information, unlike when you tell this over the phone and something can be missed accidentally.

After we get your amendment request, we notify your writer and set a date when the revised work will be delivered. Normally, the standard period for this is 7 days. Alternatively, you can place an order using the Elite service, and your amendment period will be extended to 3 months.

If you don’t get the desired grade for your essay, please log in to your online account, and click on “Leave Feedback” next to your order.

Then, you can choose either to request changes to your assignment or ask for a refund. After you do this, a relevant department will receive and review your request.

Please also attach the work you have completed by yourself, as well as the confirmation of the grade you’ve got and the explanation from your teacher of the reason behind the grade. It will help our Aftercare team thoroughly review your work. After the reviewing process is completed, an Aftercare team member will contact you to discuss the issue further.
