Equity in the workplace implies equal opportunity for all despite indifference in gender, age, origin, professionalism and other factors. It comes as an important tool in addressing the corporate state of functionality. It also forms an important aspect in addressing cooperate education which is rooted on the strategic management facets that foster cohesion and collaboration between the different departments and cooperate constituencies
