College and school are always a new and exciting time, but it can be overwhelming. Among all of the new experiences, new friends and growing opportunities are available in a college or school environment, many problems can happen and lead to unhealthy levels of stress. Stress is a disease that we often see in students. There are many reasons as well as many effects of this disease on students.
First of all, we have to know there are many sources lead to stress. In my opinion, the instability in relationships is the main cause of this problem. Relationships with parents, friends and significant others can be stressful if you can’t balance your life. Such as when you have bad score or when your best friend cheats you, you may feel terrible or distrust everybody. This makes you worry and stress. Besides, I think unhealthy eating habits, sacrifice sleep, alcohol and other substances are physical cause of stress. You have to know that your daily routine destroys your health.
Secondly, I will show you the disadvantage of being stressful. There are two main impacts: one for physical health and one for metal heath. In term of physical health, stress makes you feel very tired. Some symptoms we can often see are headache, dizziness, difficulty sleeping and losing weight. Stress makes you are not perky enough to working or studying. So this is the reason why the people who often face up with stress have study result worse than others. If you are stressful in a long time, you may be mentally ill and this disease is very hard to heal completely.
About metal heath, stress makes your psychology unstably. When you meet some emotional symptoms like depression, anger, fear of anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and mood swings, you are really in the bad condition of stress. Your feeling is so complicated that you may don’t understand yourself. You also usually feel nervous and confused but you don’t want to share this feeling with your friends or your family members. Your deportment is abnormal and in some situations, you may angry causelessly with others and this can destroy your relationship.
As we can see, stress impacts you very strongly in your life. However, you can prevent it by doing some tips. Firstly, you should create some effective habits such as: doing regular exercise like jogging, swimming, running; taking part in some clubs or just easily breathing and listening to soothing music. They can help you healthier and more relaxed after hard working hours. You also need simplify your feeling and have a positive thinking. You don’t have to worry about everything around you and you will be happy and comfortable more and more. And last but not least, if you have a bad routine like drinking alcohol, sleeping very late or so on, you should give up them now!
In conclusion, I think stress is big problems with students. This can bring us both physical and metal heath but we still have many methods to prevent it from our healthy life. If you don’t want to become a victim of that disease, you should live healthier with good habits. Good luck!
