The lack of a conversation branch in my enterprise has facilitated negative and very little verbal exchange between unique departments and between them, which has led to low morality among employees. Organization Structure

My organizational structure is made up of a city manager, several department managers, supervisors and staff.

The city provides a number of services inclusive of police, fire, court, utilities, and permits to citizens. My position in the organization is for the personnel as a Human Resources Specialist.

Problem

Communication is the trouble in my organization. This problem has been inherited from a recent alternate in preceding management. About 4 months ago, after a lengthy investigation, our metropolis manager unexpectedly resigned.
