Christianity, Islam and Judaism

In the mind of religion, Christianity is the world's largest religion and Islam would be considered by many to be the world's fastest growning religion and is also considered one of the three great religions of Western Civilization. The question concerning the similarities and contrasts of Judaism, Islam, and Christianity has always been a priority in the religious world. It goes without saying that these two religions do have a lot in common, which is primarily due to the fact that Judaism was the forefather of Christianity as well as of Islam.

The main base is the same for both religions — the Old Testament. Nonetheless, the influence that Christianity has experienced over the years of its existence has created certain differences in these religions. Both Christians and Jews believe in the existence of God who was the one to create the universe and everything inside it. What differs is the notion of God: Christianity claims the idea of the trinity of God.

In order to make the distinction between the three great Abrahamic religions, Christianity, Islam, Jurusilam, we can say that Islam and Judaism differ primarily from Christianity in the understanding of the person of Jesus. In Christianity, Jesus is the fulfillment of the Old Testament promise and that Islam or Judaism simply does not recognize the divinity of Jesus. Hence the practice of monothism by Islam and Judasim is different becuase the monotheism of Christianity, has Trinitarian understanding of the one true God due to Jesus divinity that isn't shared my Islam and Judaism. In Christians, Jesus and those who believe in him are descendants of Abraham. Islam interprets interprets this passage to mean that God makes Abraham an imam, or a leader of humanity, and that the bleassing comes through Abraham himself. In Judaism, their understanding of the passage is that the blessing will be accomplished through Abraham's descendants. While both Judaism and Christianity are Abrahamic religions sprung from the same cultural hearth, they have diverged in their practices of the faith, recognition of religious cannon, and the divinity of Jesus Christ. The inherent limitations in recognizing the speaking for another faith tradition is Despite the problems perceived in Islam, Judaism and Christianity were similar in origion but different in practice.

Judaism is that people belonging to other religions are still the children of their God, who deserve his love and holy protection. Another difference between the religions is the attitude towards faith and good deed. Judaism puts good deeds higher as a complete reflection of faith. Christianity does not consider good deeds to be sufficient if a person does not have faith inside. In terms of morale, Judaism believes that a person is born natural and only then shapes his moral values. Christianity states that a person inherits moral values. There are also numerous other small differences, though both of the religions possess the same message in the core, which is love. While both the Christians passage and the Islam passage seek to show justification for how the __________ can be save by faith in Jesus, the _______ passage uses more extensive argumentative reasoning based on an examination of ____________ lay, whie the ____ passage ignores _______ law and focuses on telling the store of Abraham's faith.
