The dilemma was that George has already many other orders from the existing customers and it is very difficult for him to complete the order in a short time. George was left with three options. First, he may excuse from the existing buyers to give them complete demand. Second, he may excuse the new buyer to not provide him with toys this time. Third, he can request the existing customers to extend the date of delivering the order because it is necessary for him to satisfy new customers. "Business relations are a subset of human relations governed by their own rules that in market society involves competition, profit maximization, and personal advancement within the organization" (64). George must be honest and he must tell the truth to the existing customers. He could request his few old customers to get their orders to deliver in two or three turns instead of getting the whole order in one turn. In this way, George would be able to satisfy all demands at the same time. Otherwise, he would excuse from the new customer to extend the delivery date of his order.
