The government used Fiscal policy to directly influence the level of economic activities in a country with two main tools: Taxation (T) and Government spending/expenditure (G). Due to the recent global economic crisis, in 2009, Vietnamese government is still trying to recover its economy by increasing State budget and reducing tax at the same time as part of the stimulus package.
