The main reason I'm doing internship in such outstanding and expert organization because it is a part of my degree and also I want to apply my knowledge which I get from my books. It is a chance for me to apply that theoretical knowledge in my future practical field work. My report includes the financial statement, Vision and Mission. The period of my internship got started from3 June, 2019 to 15 July, 2019.
In this internship period, I work hard and got practical experience in Accounting and Finance work and other departments which includes Internal Audit, Human Resource Management and Marketing.
I have presented different analysis in this report on financial statement of ChanghongRuba. The Horizontal and Vertical analysis of this organization along with 'SWOT analysis' in detail with advantages and disadvantages of said-organization also described in this report with respect to future planning's and administrative decision as compared to present position of the organization. I have learnt how to make decisionswhile working in Finance Department.
