This decision conveys an act of personal confidence to go after his ambitions. Afterwards, he worked at Wall Street's computer science firm, which was in high demand. He worked his way up, but his job was mostly involved in the financial world of computing, but then he moved on to his investment to D.E Shaw. His hard work leads him to that stance where he found statistics that changed the shopping market since then. He found digits in which they conveyed that the World Wide Web was growing by 2,300 percent a month. He saw an opportunity and took it, so with a big leap, and a huge risk, he quit his job and headed to Seattle to fulfill his dreams. Jeff Bezos, not only he has achieved academically in his life. He was able to exceed both academically and as a successful leader. As a leader he managed to achieve both his customers' and employees' satisfaction For Bezos, he has always prioritized his customers whether it was as a service or in his meetings. He would always think from a customer's perspective to satisfy their needs and wants. As for his employees' satisfaction, he encouraged his employees to think like owners to motivate them by showing them how he values them as "owners". This will increase in the confidence of their work and their self-esteem as a useful individual in the society. Due to Jeff Bezos achievements as a successful leader he was awarded twice for a leadership award. One of the awards was where the US News and Reports elected Bezos one of America's greatest leader. The other award was awarded from USIBC global leadership award in

What makes Bezos a unique and extraordinary leader is that he is always passionate about his bold risk-taking decisions, as he is always sacrificing whatever it needs to achieve what he decided to go through. For instance, when Bezos came up with the idea of an online store no one believed that it was an industry that could bring millions and billions in. However, according to Bezos he always thought that whenever people think that there is no opportunity in a certain thing, on the other hand, he saw that it was a window that was opened for him with such a great opportunity. Where ever there was risk, it was an opportunity of successfulness in his mind. This is supported by his high level of confidence along with his strong determination and persistence.

Bezos shows high level of interest towards his goals and decisions. The reason that Bezos has such belief in himself and his decisions is that he is a farsighted person and can see the whole picture of what is happening and what is going to happen. Basically, he is a leader with a vision and not any leader can achieve this trait. What makes the company's image presented in a successful way, is how Bezos managed to motivate and control the employee's performance and attitude in the work environment. Bezos refers to his works as "owners" for them to come up with innovate, out of the box ideas. He believes in his employee's outcomes, and this can be challenging for leaders to really trust their employees. Bezos has created a bond of trust between himself and his employees. Jeff is such a charismatic leader, since he always likes to do unordinary and out of the box things. He is ready to challenge his own mind to come up with the most unordinary thing possible. He gave opportunities not only to his staff or his consumers, he also gave opportunities to entrepreneurs who would like to expand their business into the e-commerce industry and at his own website. He is basically an entrepreneur helping other entrepreneurs, usually entrepreneurs do not seek other entrepreneurs for help, most of the time they view each other as competitors or as rivals. However, that is not the case of Bezos, his case is based on a whole different perspective caused by his unordinary mindset.

Jeff Bezos's personality is described as a double-personality as he is kind but also rough. He had a strong leader-ship quality, and knew exactly which direction to go in terms of his work. Even though he is portrayed as nearly perfect, as any human, he has his flaws, and many saw him through a few of his gimmicks. Many of his employees described him as sometimes being abrasive and slightly rude with him saying things such as "Why are you wasting my life?" he also has been in the middle of a huge morally interlaced dilemma, where his workers have been caught in unlawfully bad working times with little to no pay. His employees barely have breaks and their minimum wage is very low. Strikes have been reoccurring often, trying to tell the media and outside world of their cruel working environment, and while Jeff Bezos releases statements trying to defend the company, people are boycotting Amazon. (Astrumpeople, 2019)

Most of the companies use specific strategies to continue evolving. In the last interview with Jeff Bezos, he mentioned some useful strategies that he uses. Firstly, the standards are contagious. Bezos believes that high standards are teachable more than intrinsic. "Bring a new person onto a high standards team, and they'll quickly adapt," he writes. Secondly, Set clear, realistic expectations. The first course should the company do If it is looking to raise its particular standards area, is to outline what quality they want to achieve. The second course is to set a realistic expectation for the team by measuring how much work they need to reach that level. Finally, keep in touch with your customers. It is a good idea to be in touch with people that the company is serving, no matter if the company provides services or selling products. For Bezos, he still reads his emails from his public-inbox. He thinks that knowing the costumer's opinion about the services is an important factor for success. "When the anecdotes and the data disagree," Bezos said at a recent leadership forum at the George W. Bush Presidential Center, "the anecdotes are usually right."

To sum up; Jeff exceed both academically and he was a successful leader. He has a clear realistic expectations and he is a leader with a vision. What was unique about him the courage that he has in taking risks in decisions; its considered as high level of confidence. The key to Amazon's success is the motivation skills of Bezos' he was sure to fill the work environment with. Jeff's is reflected as a charismatic leader because he always thinks out of the box.
