Assistant Executive (Learning & Development / e-Learning) (Singapore – Depot Road)
• Assist the Senior Training Executive in analysing clients’ learning needs. • Assist in the enrolment, creation and deletion of e-learning accounts in the LMS and trouble-shooting fundamental technical issues. • Assist in the planning, organising, reviewing, and executing the full range of training operations. • Responsible for the servicing of client groups and coordinating marketing activities. • Provide professional learning advisory support to clients. • Perform benchmarking activities and/or cost and benefit analysis of learning products and services. • Ensure smooth running of e-Learning Program and daily work/system processes for efficiency and productivity. • Provide timely assistance to customers’ queries/complaints and facilitate in service accounting and record-keeping.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Human Resource or equivalent. • At least 2 years relevant experience in Human Resource Development or Learning and Development function. Have experience in handling helpdesk and customer service. Having marketing/sales experience is an advantage. • Self-motivating, energetic, people-oriented individual with passion in Learning and Development. • Good communication skills with excellent customer service aptitude. • Client-focused with strong problem-solving and persuasive skills. • Positive working attitude with high level of initiative; ability to work under pressure. • Only Singaporeans need apply.
