The ADEA addresses this issue by setting a standard for employers to abide by and the level of respect that should be shown to potential employees. This act gives people of all ages to obtain employement with each agency without age being a factor even if they are only hired part time or only to perform certain task they are not and cannot be denied employement entirely for this reason. Setting limits on a age for employement is not on a form of discrimination but it is unfair and in some cases a misconception to the employee that still need to earn a living. People will have to find other means of income if the would like to retirement earlier than the retirement age without being penalized financially. There will be a rise in the demand for health care services that are made available to senior citzens.
