Another strength is Internationalization: which means increasing the involvement of the school in international market.

We can see this in the teachers employed by the school, a few number of them international of foreign which is increasing the trend of internationalization, we can also see it in the schools partnership with other foreign school in other countries such as Canada, china, India etc, students are giving the opportunity to study in one of this country for one semester, and the obvious one is half of the students in the school are international students.

Another strength is Strong Library and Informatics Infrastructures Enabling Online Access Of Sources: The university's library is capable of holding ··. number of students and the school spends ·· amount of money every year to update and provide books for students to read. Another strength is Student's Easy Access Academic and Administrative Personnel: Students have the opportunity to contact academic and administrative personnel via email provided on their student portal. They can meet their teachers during the teacher's office hour or set appointment after communicating with them on their emails.

Lastly the university has a Rising Positive Image over the years compared to other universities in the region. EMU has gotten the highest brand image rate in the whole of north Cyprus. It is well known and has provided job opportunities for graduates of emu all over the world because of its brand image. There are also WEAKNESSES that EMU has, such as; No Updates Of The Infrastructure Of Old Buildings: The University doesn't renovate or refurbish old building, some buildings has been standing for nearly 30 years with little or no improvements. The arrangement of the classes, offices, and cafeteria etc has also remained the same for a long period of time. New technology, renovations and arrangement should be provided by the school to improve its infrastructure status and brand image, which will create a friendly and appealing place for teacher to work and students to learn. Lack Of Physical Arrangement, Regulations And Educational Tools For The Handicapped: physical arrangements, infrastructures and technologies such as elevators, sliding doors or automatic sliding doors, ramps on (buses, roads, corridors, staircases, entrances of the building etc) and so on are not provided in the school, therefore it is inhospitable and unfavorable to handicapped.

Educational assistive technological tools such as text to speak, Intel readers, graphics organizers and sip & puff joystick controlled by the mouth are also totally absent in the school. Insufficient Fulfillment of the Demand of Computer and Application Laboratories: the university has failed to meet the demand of computers, laptops and other hardware requested by the department's heads to make the work of teachers faster and easier and also to teach practical to the students. Insufficient Budget for Research and Development Infrastructures and No Research Funds: the university lacks the budget to create an infrastructure that focuses on identifying and understanding problems and things the school is lacking, so that it can develop relevant solutions, increase the performance of the school as a whole, this openness and collaboration allows for efficient dissemination of ideas and results.

Non-Existence of a General University Master Plan: EMU lacks Campus Master Plan to sets the parameters, policies and directions for the physical development of the campus and its buildings, landscapes, movement systems and general infrastructure. There are OPPORTUNITIES such as TRNC's Natural Beauty and Climates: Cyprus is known for its natural beauty from the Nissi beach to the Tomb of the King to Cape Greco and many more exciting and beautiful places and favourable climates that attracts tourist from different part of the world. This creates an opportunity for EMU has tourist don't only take note of this places but also notice the school itself, thereby increasing the number of potential customers. Bureaucratic Convenience in the Flow of International Students: relating to the success and convenience by the system that controls or manages the inflow of international student into the country by a large number of officials, which is an opportunity for EMU because the success of this system has allowed them to obtain international student easily. Being a Safe Country in The Middle of Regional Conflicts: when parents or student want to choose or select a school, the most important criteria they first check is the safety of the country and its environment, since TRNC is a safe country this gives EMU an opportunity to attract more students.

Financial supports from the republic of turkey: The Northern Cyprus government can afford to pay salaries through domestic resources, but it counts on Turkey's financial aid for infrastructure investments, defence expenses, incentives and private sector support. Finally, EMU also face some TREATS such as; Newly Formed Universities Within TRNC, Turkey and The Region: when new universities are established within TRNC, Turkey or anywhere close to the region this becomes a treat to EMU as it decrease the market or potential consumers, because the newly formed universities might be providing the same services for cheaper price or have better technological infrastructures or advancement than EMU. The Perception That Student Expenditure is high: the perception that both parents and student have that the student expenditures or spending such as textbooks, rooms, equipments, school supplies, personal expenses, transportation, school activity fee and many others is high or expensive is a big treat to EMU, this reduces the number of students that will come or register to the school, which reduces the revenue of the school.

Negative News Item Regarding The University in The TRNC Media: negative information such as death of international student or local students caused by (fellow students, use of drugs, police officers and so on), increase in tuition fee, riots, negative students reviews, negative teacher's review and many more, decreases the schools image or gives a bad image to the school, which could increase both employee and student turnover. Increase in Sales and Consumption of Drugs: the sale and consumption of drugs in the school has increased rapidly and many international students have been deported or sent to prison because of this act. This discourages parent from sending their children to school in EMU, thereby reducing the opportunity of making higher revenue and higher profits.
