Riordan Manufacturing should be able to measure the reporting cost production, marketing, preparing budgets or planning, and make sure the units are adhering to the budget, with tight control and extensive work will specialize high formalization and high centralization. Yet, a cost minimization strategy is an important issue to look at in order to maintain competitive advantages. It is also important to keep track of income and expenses by having control cost, which can be suitable for Riordan Manufacturing. However, by having three production facilities, Riordan Manufacturing products are superior. Riordan Manufacturing has made strategies on how they manufacture and how they market their products.

The barriers to change is a worldwide issue in which most organizations adapt to doing things the same way and when it comes to integrating a change in place, it causes a lot of problems. Some of the employees might want the change and others might not agree with change. Sometimes the employees do not share the same values and are not in agreement with others. Another barrier is diversity; sometimes when new employees have differences in age, race, and gender this creates inconsistency within an organization. But when there is a new employee in the company, the employee has to find ways to fit in so they can be accepted to the organization`s core cultural values.
What measures will be put in place to evaluate if the team is operating successfully?
In order for the team to operate successfully the following measures need to take place such as setting new goals, which is one of the basic tools the organization can use to set directions, making sure everything is documented, finding and solving problems, and improving the process. However, communication is crucial to any establishment, and it is also a basic tool for employee motivation and increase productivity. Good communication skills either in meetings, by e-mail correspondence, video conferencing, business updates, and reports, is a way company employees can stay up to date and aware about what is going on in the Organization.
