Working in a customer service position requires me to have good communication skills and the ability to interact with people in both a polite and professional manner. I think that I have good communication skills so that won’t be a problem and it will help me run the business successfully.
I think my good communication skills are one of my strengths. I can understand what the customer likes very quickly and also the way I talk to the customers is very persuasive which makes them to buy the products. I think that my weakness is my knowledge about the market that this product is going to enter but the skill that do have is the knowledge about the product nobody else knows this product better than me because I’ve come up with the idea. The key management skill that is needed when it comes to run a business successfully is the confidence to run a business successfully. I think I have that; I have confidence in my ability which will help me to run the business successfully. Also, managing the business is also key because if the business is not well managed that will cause the business to suffer and make losses. I think my understanding of the business and the product is one of my strengths, because if I know the product and the business very well then there is a high chance that this product and this business will succeed. I don’t have a lot of experience in this work but I do know a lot about this product which is crucial when it comes to bringing in a new product. I think that the lack of experience that I have is one of my weaknesses because when it comes to this business then you need to have a lot of experience about this business. On the other hand, I do have a lot of knowledge about this product then any other person has which might help me run this business successfully.

I think that if I monitor and evaluate the business every month then that will help the business to have no problems because if I’m monitoring the business then things will run smoothly and won’t have any problems. I think I won’t have any problems monitoring the business because it’s fairly easy and I’ve done it before so I would count that as one of my strengths because if I have no problem in doing it then I’m good at. I think monitoring the business isn’t hard so it’s not a weakness for me. I think that my personal selling skills are excellent and that’s because of my communication skills. I can understand the customers very easily and also If I’m busy running the business then I will make sure that a person with excellent communication skills takes my place and can help the business to succeed. I think that personal selling is one of my strengths because I’ve done it before for other companies like Sports Direct where I worked in the store and did a lot of personal selling sales. The manager was really impressed with me as well, so I would like to think that personal selling skills are one of my strengths. In order for the business to run successfully, I have to make the staff work efficiently which comes with having good leadership qualities. If the staffs work efficiently then that will help the business to run smoothly and have no problems. I think that I won’t have any problems with making the staff work efficiently, which comes with having good leadership skills so I would like to count that as strength. I don’t have any experience in opening my own business because I haven’t done it before but I do have a lot of experience in business because I’ve worked in high quality stores like Sports Direct, PC World, Curry’s and many more. I think that the experience that I have gained while working in stores like that can help me run my business successfully because I’m now experienced enough to handle a business. One of my strengths is that I have worked in a lot of different stores and that will help me run the business successfully because I will try to put all of the experience that I have gained during my work in to the business. I think that good Leadership is another skill that the leader must have. I think that I have got great leadership skills, because I’ve led various football teams when I was young. Great leadership doesn’t only come from the leader; the staff can contribute as well, if the staffs believe in me then that will help the business to run successfully. I think great leadership is one of my strengths because I’ve been a leader before in my life and I have experience in being in a leader so that won’t be a problem. I think that I need developing when it comes to me organisational skills because sometimes I can’t handle a lot of responsibilities. That’s because I’m not to use to handling too much work. Organisational skills is not of my strengths, that’s because I haven’t worked in a place before where I’ve been handed a lot of work, but a man with my knowledge will get through it. I think that organisational skills is my main weakness because I haven’t been handed a lot of work before so it will be hard but on the other hand it will be a challenge and I like challenges which will help me get through it.
