Kudler food store is a gourmet grocery outlet founded and being managed simultaneously by Kathy Kudler. Kathy unable to find a store suited to her finer tastes and many like others opened these store-chains. Since the inception of three stores at three different places, Kudler foods continue to provide for the delicate tastes of its customers. With respective subdivisions according to genre of foods offered, customers are facilitated with respect to their time and quality consciousness.
Mission The intended mission of Kindler’s founder was to serve the customers with their much needed kitchen requirements and at the same time with no compromise on the food’s quality. Vision On recognizing the absence of a premier quality grocery store, Kathy wished to step forward and contribute. Her main target is all those fellows who prefer standard and delicacy over other pressing food urges. Values The Kudler foods exhibit a strong, social consciousness through their values.
Not only in words, but practically its founder has maintained a well-managed quality control over its raw items to be used. A further step ahead by donating the food items after 2, 3 days bespeaks of their quality and charitable concerns. Goals Kathy Kudler, with three stores already operational aims to adopt certain other measures to facilitate all those involved with her food store. Advancement in ordering system, catering, financial management, and a website are her next goals to be achieved.
A new store is also on the cards. Through all this her customers will be facilitated in enjoying best services. Kathy wishes to flourish her business for a span of 10-15 years until her retirement age and then pass on her cherished store for the good of others. Reference Bateman, T. S. , & Snell, S. A. (2008).
